1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. Since the Plaintiff was in the Army as Second Lieutenant on July 1, 2001, the Plaintiff served in the military units of various levels, and was promoted to the Major Order on October 1, 201. From October 8, 2012, the Plaintiff is a soldier who served as the director of the division of the First Class Class B branch of the Army as the leader of the Second Class B branch of the Army.

B. On April 18, 2013, the Defendant was subject to one-month suspension from office due to the grounds that the Plaintiff violated the duty to maintain dignity and obey the duty as follows.

Grounds for Disciplinary Action

1. On January 26, 2013, the Plaintiff breached his/her duty to maintain dignity, along with three female officers introduced for sexual traffic at entertainment taverns located at the time of the Council Government, with the captain C (the director of the construction division) and the first lieutenant D (information officers) and three female officers introduced for sexual traffic, and thereby, paid KRW 40,000 per head, including the drinking value, commercial sex acts, and the terminal expenses, and breached his/her duty to maintain dignity by administering the said three female members with only one wounded, and also making them into the mutual incompetence.

The Plaintiff breached its duty to obey (defluence of defamation of a standing speech) by stating that “When entering a document written by a captain in the office of the end of the year following the end of the year 2012, he/she violates his/her duty to obey the duty to obey by stating that “If he/she is inside, he/she shall be assigned to a position, he/she shall be assigned to a position,” and that “if he/she is inside, he/she shall be assigned to a large number of executive officers such as Captain and First Lieutenant D, he/she shall be assigned to him/her while leading him/her such as thm verbal violence, character Mono, tata, etc.

On June 24, 2013, the Plaintiff appealed to the 3th Army Commander, the head of the superior military unit, and filed an appeal against the 3th Army Commander. On June 24, 2013, the 3rd Army Headquarters Appeal Review Committee of the Army Headquarters of the Army against the Plaintiff.

Accordingly, on July 16, 2013, the Defendant was mitigated from the salary reduction for one month of suspension from office on April 18, 2013 to the Plaintiff for three months.
