Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 6, 2018, at around 11:20, the Defendant filed a civil petition with the competent Gu office in relation to the permission for a new construction completion inspection by the victim C's office located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. While the Defendant had a dispute with the victim, the Defendant used the victim's chest part by hand twice, and used the victim's body part by having the victim's body pushed off one time.
