A. On August 27, 2015, the Plaintiff entered the training center and was discharged from the military service on January 14, 2016. B. On September 27, 2016, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff that it does not meet the requirements for registration of persons who rendered distinguished services to the State and persons eligible for veterans (hereinafter “instant disposition”).

2. Whether the disposition is lawful;

A.
