The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 22:20 on April 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) resisted on the street in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant: (b) Hadd the victim D, belonging to the Suwon Police Station, who carried out drinking control and carried out drinking control at the site at around 23:00 after leaving the site; and (c) laid off the site at around 23:0, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by putting the victim D, who was at the police station of Suwon-si, who carried out drinking control.
