Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall make a business exchange, exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

Nevertheless, from March 20, 2015 to March 23, 2015, the Defendant: “D Gameland” located in Daegu-gu C and 2 from March 2015, the Defendant: (a) installed 40 units of “D Gameland” in “D Gameland”; (b) installed 40 units of “D Gameland” in “D Gameland”; and (c) changed the screen by dividing the number of unspecified customers into the game, and (d) changed the screen; and (b) operated the game hall by operating the game hall in such a way that the above “D Game” customers receive points of KRW 5,000,000, with the exception of 10,000,000, converted the number of points stated in the invitation tickets from F and other customers into KRW 10,000.
