A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On October 15, 2014, the Defendant, without a driver’s license around 15:35, driven a vehicle B km from the front side of the Geumpo-si, the Simpo-si, the Simpo-si, the Daegu-si, the Simpo-si, to the front side of the Yapo-si located in the Simpo-si, the Gumpo-si.
