1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and its amount shall be 24% per annum from November 26, 2019 to June 29, 2020 to the Plaintiff.

In full view of the records and the purport of the pleading, the Defendant was liable for the payment of the agreed overdue interest of KRW 50,00,000 to Nonparty C and 3% of the agreed overdue interest from November 26, 2019 to the date of full payment. The Plaintiff acquired the above claim against the Defendant on February 19, 2020, and C notified the Defendant of the transfer of the above claim to the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 50 million won with interest calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from November 26, 2019 to June 29, 2020, and 12% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, as the plaintiff seeks.
