A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From July 6, 2018 to July 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 80,000 per day from a person who was unable to operate a single game room in Busan, Busan; and (b) worked for money exchange in the above game site; (c) stored the points obtained by customers of the above game site in the bearer IC card in the bearer IC card and delivered them to the Defendant through an employee of the game site in the inorganic IC card, the Defendant exchanged 4,500 won in cash after deducting 10% of the points stored in the inorganic IC card (hereinafter referred to as “identification”).

As a result, the defendant, in collusion with the persons involved in the game game site in writing, exchanged tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water for business purposes.
