A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant committed crimes related to B entertainment rooms in sequence with C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, etc.: (a) from May 26, 2009 to March 201, C operates B entertainment rooms on the 3th floor of the Daegu Dong-gu M building; (b) as seen above, L plays a controlling role; (c) E and F are recruited by telephone calls while monitoring from the outside of entertainment rooms; (d) around May 26, 2009, G was employed as the head of H 2,00, around 2009, to supply workers to the above entertainment room; (e) from around 21, 2009 to March 26, 2009; and (e) from around 200 to around 3,000, E provided employees with 200,0000,0000,0000,0000,000,000,000,000,00,00,000).

2. The Defendant in collusion with C, D,O, F, etc. In order, C, from October 22, 201 to November 8, 201, operated the NY 4th floor of the Daegu Water-gu P building; F, as seen above, plays a precautionary role; D, as the head of the above entertainment room, employs the Defendant as the head of the sales department; and theO and the Defendant, as the head of the sales department, employs the Defendant as the head of the sales department; and put them into the game machine, with the care of the customers or with free gifts.
