A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

피고인은 2020. 3. 9. 14:25경 경기도 남양주시 B 2층 여자화장실에서 불특정 다수의 여성을 촬영하기 위하여 용변칸에 몰래 들어가, 그 옆 칸에 피해자 C(여, 가명)가 들어가자 피고인의 휴대전화 카메라를 켠 상태로 피해자가 있는 용변칸 칸막이 위로 밀어 넣어 피해자가 용변을 보는 모습을 동영상으로 촬영하려고 시도한 것을 비롯하여 그 무렵부터 별지 범죄일람표 기재와 같이 2020. 3. 11. 23:27경까지 총 4회에 걸쳐 카메라를 이용하여 성적 욕망 또는 수치심을 유발할 수 있는 사람의 신체를 그 의사에 반하여 촬영하거나 그 뜻을 이루지 못하고 미수에 그쳤다.
