A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From April 22, 2016 to around 18:50 of the same day, the Defendant installed a camera in the shape of the USB at the back of the exhibition water purifier kept in the staff toilet in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, and taken the body of the victim, who might cause sexual humiliation or shame by taking a brue video recording of the shape of the victim D (nive, name) to the lower end of the exhibition water purifier kept in the staff toilet in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, and the victim D (nive, name) to the lower end and to the breath of the body of the victim against his will.

2. From around 16:00 on April 27, 2016 to 18:50 on the same day, the Defendant set up a camera in the shape of the USB in the same manner as the above paragraph (1) at the places specified in the above paragraph (1) and tried to photograph the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame against the intent of the said victim by photographing the appearance of the victim, which the victim would have taken, and thus, failed to take the image of the victim’s body, but did not bring the victim’s sexual humiliation or sense of shame due to the manipulation.
