Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of the BM5 car.

1. On January 24, 2013, around 04:20, around the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), a vehicle was driven under the influence of alcohol by about 6km up to 0.081% of the blood alcohol concentration of 0.081% in front of the water quality management office located in the Daegu Northern-ro 20-ro 6-16 (Uniform-dong) of the Daegu Northern-gu, Busan-do, Busan-do, without a driver’s license.

Nevertheless, due to a mistake in violation, street lamps, etc. on the right side of the direction were received as the vehicle under way.

As a result, the property amounting to KRW 2,048,00 was damaged.
