Punishment of the crime

However, in fact, there was no fact that he had sold alcoholic beverages because he did not carry on the business at the above singing practice place.

Accordingly, the defendant reported a false crime to a public official.

3. On August 29, 2017, the Defendant reported to the effect that “Issan-si Esing machines are employed and alcoholic beverages are sold at the members of Ansan-si Esing practice place” by phoneing to 112 at a place where Issan-si does not exceed 02:20,017.

However, in fact, the above singing practice place does not carry on business.
