A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

1. On November 17, 2006, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000,000,000,000,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court’s Busan District Court’s Busan District Court’s Branch Branch on May 22, 2014, as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Busan District Court’s Busan District Court’s Branch Branch on July 1, 2014, due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving).

On March 5, 2017, at around 21:40, the Defendant driven a vehicle of about 100 ton of the ewing-III, under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.258% while under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the roads in front of the frequency of D, located in Busan East-gu, Busan, to the roads in front of the same Blush Loan.

As a result, the Defendant, without a driver's license, driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act is the owner of the above salary class III vehicle.

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said car which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.

3. The Defendant who violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) and the Road Traffic Act is a person engaged in driving the above wing and III vehicles.

On March 5, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.258% while under the influence of alcohol at around 21:40 on March 5, 2017, and led the said vehicle to proceed with the road in front of the Busan East-gu hot spring flow from the surface of the hot spring theater to the surface of the blucing hole.

At the time that the house is set up, the defendant was followed by the victim F (31) driving electric bicycles driving ahead of the same direction.
