Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On January 10, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of two million won due to a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) by the Incheon District Court. [Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant who committed the crime on March 21, 2016, is at the paths of the Jeju Docheon-si, Gangwon-do, Jeju-do, around 14:25 on March 21, 2016.

From the front of the well-known road to the front road of approximately 13.1km in the section of approximately 13.1km from the same side, K Lan Sports Vehicle was driven in the state of alcohol concentration of about 0.136% in blood without obtaining a driver's license.

As a result, although the defendant had been punished more than twice as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, he was driving a vehicle under the influence of re-driving without a driver's license.

2. A crime on April 3, 2016;

A. On April 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was driving a vehicle with approximately 10 meters section on the front road of the Hanwon-gun L, Gangwon-do, without obtaining a driver’s license; (b) while under the influence of alcohol 0.069% while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant driven a vehicle of Ewing-III, Ewing-gun.

Accordingly, although the defendant had been punished not less than twice as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, he was driving again while under the influence of alcohol without a driver's license.

B. A person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is prohibited from driving a vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, but the Defendant was driving the vehicle on the road, as described in paragraph (1) of the above Article 2.

3. The crime committed on April 6, 2016.

A. On April 6, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (drawing driving without a license) (1).
