The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On March 31, 2017, the summary of the facts charged: (a) the Defendant assaulted the victim with verbal abuse, such as severe humiliation, etc., on two occasions as a matter of demanding the victim D (36 aged) to pay monthly salary to the Defendant; and (b) the victim D (36 aged) on two occasions, with verbal abuse, such as a serious bath, during mutual conflict.

2. Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act; Article 260 subparag. 3 of the Criminal Act (the victim’s expression of non-original intent not to punish on June 23, 2017, after the institution of public prosecution in this case)
