The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On December 4, 2014, the Defendant, at around 15:30 on December 15, 2014, committed assault on the part of the victim C (the age of 58) while taking an investigation after being voluntarily accompanied by a verbal dispute at the Gero Security Center located in the Gwanak-dong 634-3, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by taking a bath for the victim C (the age of 58).

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);

B. On December 30, 2015, after the institution of public prosecution of the instant case, the complainant C expressed his intention not to punish him.
