A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from DD Driving) (hereinafter “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) around 16:45, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of Lastren on the fourth-lane road in the vicinity B of Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, and the blood alcohol concentration of 0.238%, making it difficult for the Defendant to drive the motor vehicle normally.

At the same time, there was an intersection where traffic is controlled by signal, etc., and there were other vehicles passing through, so the Defendant was obliged to pay attention to the duty of care to properly manipulate the front left, and to proceed with it by safe means by properly manipulating the steering and brakes.
