Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 3, 2016, the Defendant, on April 29, 2016, drawn up a false complaint against C in the smuggling detention house located in 124 as the Chuncheon north-west-west-west-west-west-west west-do in smuggling-si.

The criminal complaint states that "A, although he/she did not drive a drinking at around 15:45 on September 6, 2014, although he/she had not made a false report to 112 on his/her drinking, he/she has been punished by a false report." The defendant was driving a drinking on September 6, 2014, and the above C's report was not filed a false report.

Nevertheless, on May 3, 2016, the defendant submitted the above complaint by mail to the public service center of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station, which is located in the last radio-ro 1 in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Young-gu.

As a result, the defendant made a false accusation for the purpose of having C receive criminal punishment.

2. On August 5, 2016, the Defendant, on August 3, 2016, drafted a false complaint against C in a smuggling detention house, such as the foregoing paragraph (1).

In the case of the Daegu District Court No. 364, Jun. 2, 2015, the complaint of the defendant is required to be present at the court of Daegu District Court No. 31, Daegu, Daegu, Daegu, 364, in order to take an oath against the defendant as a witness of the drinking driving case at the above court of 2015 order 831, and the witness is "I am to the defendant for whom the period of the suspension of the execution of the internal stay of execution has 6 months, and I am to am well flingly, regardless of being investigated by the police station."

Nevertheless, on August 5, 2016, the defendant submitted the above complaint to the Daegu District Public Prosecutor's Office in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 364, by mail.

Accordingly, the defendant is subject to criminal punishment against C.
