Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2016, the Defendant prepared a false complaint with respect to B using the official pension in Anyang Prison using the official pension.

The contents of the complaint are as follows: “A false diagnosis document and treatment record book was prepared as if he suffered from a heat caused by sexual assault although he was not at the location of the heat caused by sexual assault B, a private person, on April 1, 2014.”

However, it was well known that the Defendant was killed by sexual assaulting C, and that the doctor B was accurately treated and suffered from the heat, etc. caused by sexual assault, and that he prepared a medical record.

Nevertheless, on December 8, 2016, the defendant submitted a written complaint to a staff member who could not know his/her name by mail to the public prosecutor's office of the government's local public prosecutor's office located in the Dong-dong-dong.

Accordingly, the defendant was committed for the purpose of having the above B criminal punishment.
