Punishment of the crime

On October 23, 2012, at around 22:20, the Defendant driven a 1 ton truck with blood alcohol content at approximately 0.178% while under the influence of alcohol, from around 30km-dong 337-97, Gangdong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government around 22:51, from a road near a private house located in the west-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government.
