The punishment of the accused shall be determined by four months of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who sells automobile goods, such as black booms, in the name of "D" in Gwangju Mine-gu C.

Any person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

1. 2. On July 2015, the Defendant, without registering with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, dismantled the device of maximum speed limitation, which is the electricity and electronic device of H6.2 tons of Hyundai M6.2 tons, without permission, and conducted a unregistered motor vehicle management business by raising profits.

3. The Defendant did not register with the head of Si/Gun/Gu on February 14, 2012, at around 8, 2012, requested from the head of Si/Gun/Gu to cancel the value (90km) for installing a speed limit device of the freight vehicle as I owned by J 25 metric tons at the end of 8, Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, and received non-registered motor vehicle management services by obtaining a total of KRW 1.60,000,000 from the above cargo vehicle, which was removed in the vicinity of the road near the 7th day of Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, by using road map doping equipment, and strip flapsing equipment, which called "moto", to operate a diagnostic machine, and received a delivery of KRW 80,000,000,000,000 from the above vehicle.
