Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to engage in the international marriage brokerage business shall register with the head of Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the area where he/she establishes a brokerage office.

The Defendant was engaged in the international marriage brokerage business with the trade name “E” in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and was subject to the disposition of revocation on February 13, 2012 by the competent authority on June 21, 2012, and was ordered to suspend the execution of administrative disposition by the Suwon District Court 2012Guhap7876 (No. 2012Guhap7876) and continued to operate the international marriage brokerage business on December 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to the judgment against the Plaintiff on December 26, 2012, and was unable to engage in the international marriage brokerage business from December 27, 2012, which is the next day.

Nevertheless, on March 27, 2013, the Defendant received one million won from the place of international marriage brokerage between G and Vietnam-owned female H from the house of G located in the Republic of Korea F, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun on March 27, 2013, under the pretext of international marriage brokerage between G and Vietnam-owned female H

Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in the international marriage brokerage business without being registered with the competent authorities.
