Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2010, the Defendant was working as a candidate for a Cparty in the election of the head of the 5th City/Si/Gun/Gu nationwide election campaign, which was implemented on June 2, 2010, and was working as the head of the B/Gu. On June 4, 2014, the Defendant was unable to receive the official appointment of D party in the election of the head of the 6th City/Do local election campaign, and was registered as the E-party on May 15, 2014.

On May 27, 2014, the Defendant received a report of resignation of a candidate to the B election commission around 17:05, but the Defendant was unable to carry out an election campaign on behalf of another candidate because he/she had the candidate status from around 19:36 on the same day as the Defendant publicly announced the resignation of a candidate at the B election commission.

On May 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 18:30 on May 27, 2014, at the 9th election office of the Defendant of the Seoul F building, “A. The author thought that “I will resign from the office of the head of B. I would not be able to decide on the G political party; (b) I think I will return to the office of the B. I will see that D Party H candidates would be fit for the development of B. I think I will think I will be the H candidates. I think I will think I will be the H candidates, and I will I think I will do. I will see I will be I will be I will be able to do. I will be able to do. I will see I will be I will be able to do so, and then I will be able to 2,248.”

Accordingly, the defendant, as a candidate for the E-political party, carried out an election campaign for the D Party H candidate.
