A Imprisonment with prison labor for one year and fine for 30,000,000 won, Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months and Defendant C, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

A person, other than a marina society, shall not engage in any conduct similar to a riding vote in connection with racing conducted by a marina society to pay property or financial benefits to the enemy, and shall not become a party to such conduct.

1. From May 2014 to August 23, 2015, Defendant A: (a) paid a large number of unspecified customers to the said members as members of the website; (b) paid the money for betting in collusion with the said members for real-time conversion of the said members to the Defendant’s name, address, ID, and password; and (c) paid the money for betting in collusion with the said members to use the mobile devices capable of Internet access, such as smartphones, to the Internet; and (d) paid the money for betting in real-time by purchasing private horse tickets in Seoul, Busan, and Jeju; and (e) paid the money for betting in collusion with the said members to the said members at a 0-day rate equivalent to the said amount of cyber money; or (e) paid the money for betting in cash to the said members in collusion with the said cyber money to the said members; and (e) paid the money for betting in advance to the said members at a 0-day rate of deposit out of the said cyber money to the said members; or (e) paid the money to the said cyber money in advance to the said members.
