A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On June 21, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime, such as obstruction of business, etc. by the Seoul Northern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on May 7, 2019.

On September 28, 2019, at around 16:25, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding disturbance over a period of one-hour period of time, such as “at least 1 hour, she will see that “at least 62 years of age” is “at her night, Chewing (the name of the victim),” and smoking on the restaurant floor operated by the Victim F (F) in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu.
