Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, for two years from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, the defendants' respective punishments are imposed.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants returned to the construction site during the night hours, and stolen old wires, etc. to dispose of them on the spot.

On April 1, 2018, at around 01:30, Defendant B reported the network of people coming from the nearby site of Gwangju City, and Defendant A moved the total of KRW 700,000 to the EYFst or other vehicles owned by the Defendants, which had a total of KRW 700,00,00 of the market price of the old electric wires (2.5S Q, 6.0S Q) owned by the victim D, which was covered by a tent at the relevant site, to the eYM or another vehicle, and the Defendants moved the above old electric wires to the eYFst or back seat of the said vehicle.

As a result, the Defendants, together, stolen the total market value of KRW 70,00,00 in total from the old electric wires owned by the victim D (2.5S Q, 6.0S Q) to the total market value of KRW 700,00,000. From around that time to June 16, 2019, the Defendants stolen the total market value of KRW 24,767,000, total market value of old electric wires owned by the victims 10 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
