1. The Defendants:

A. The plaintiff's succeeding intervenor (appointed party) is classified by the defendant according to the ratio of the acquisition of bonds in attached Form 6.

Basic Facts

On November 26, 2001, the Plaintiff: (a) 22,297 square meters of D Forest in Nam-gu, Busan; (b) 6,328 square meters of forest land on January 21, 1983; (c) 6,328 square meters on May 10, 1985; (d) 29,163 square meters on July 9, 1985; (b) 26,174 square meters on January 22, 198; (c) 22,786 square meters on June 9, 1992; and (d) 22,297 square meters on August 16, 1995; and (e) 1,810,761/278,2708,600 square meters of forest land; and (e) 201, 201, 201.

On July 10, 1985, Korea Housing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Housing”) newly built the said apartment on the five lots, other than 4,436.96 square meters (hereinafter “instant apartment”) on the five lots, prior to the division and merger with the same area as the same as the present area, after obtaining approval for the construction plan for construction of a new 4,436.96 square meters (hereinafter “instant apartment”) on the five lots, and on the five lots, the said apartment was newly built around 1988. Upon the application of the Korea Housing and Commercial Bank, Busan District Court 87Y6410 (hereinafter “Seoul Housing & Commercial Bank”) filed an application for the registration for the preservation of the right to claim for additional mortgage on the other hand of the instant apartment on January 8, 1988.

The shares in the forest land of Korea Housing in this case in November 24, 1992 are 410,857/2,278,600 until now after the common property was divided.

The Defendants have completed the registration of ownership transfer by being sold in lots or transferred from one house to several buyers on the date indicated in the “registration date of ownership transfer” list of the current status of ownership transfer by the Defendant in attached Form 3.
