The defendant is a driver of BWts' passenger car.

At around 04:50 on March 27, 2020, the Defendant driven the above vehicle within approximately 8 km from the front side of the Nam-gu Seoul metropolitan market to the evamination gas station located in the new Dong-dong of the Gwangju Mine-gu, with a level of about 0.085% alcohol level.
