Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch, and a fine of KRW 5 million for the same crime at the Gwangju District Court on May 17, 2012.

The Defendant is a driver of a multilateral car.

On January 27, 2013, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.182% without a driver's license, the Defendant driven the said car at the section of approximately 1 km from the road in front of the convalescent road in front of the convalescent-dong, Gwangju Mine-dong, in the vicinity of the Dogdong-dong-dong, Gwangju Mine-dong, without a driver's license.
