Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 31, 2014, the Defendant prepared a private document for qualification reproduction, using a computer located in C’s office located in C on March 31, 2014, the Defendant entered into a subcontract for removal works with respect to “A”, “D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “A”) and “A” and “B” (hereinafter referred to as “B”) with respect to construction works related to the information on removal works as follows:

(hereinafter referred to as “A” and in the note column of the above contract, “F/G” and “H” were prepared in the column of “B” and possessed in advance in the column of “B”.

The employee identification of D Co., Ltd. was affixed by the above H’s name and indicated as “Agent A” on the side of the D Co., Ltd., but, in fact, the Defendant did not have obtained the power of representation from the said D Co., Ltd. in relation to the conclusion of the above subcontracting contract for removal works.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant prepared a copy of the subcontracting contract for removal work, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, using the qualification of the agent of the said D Co., Ltd.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as Paragraph 1, issued a letter of subcontract for the removal work, which was prepared as above, to I, a party to the contract, who knows that the contract was duly formed, and exercised the document by delivering it to I.
