3. On May 31, 2020, around 01:56, the Defendant acquired stolen goods after purchasing 550,000 won, even though he/she knew that it was about 1.3 million won of the market price of the victim G that he/she stolen from D at 86-ro, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The Defendant purchased a stolen mobile phone from around June 2019 or around July 2019 to sell it to Vietnam, using the fact that the stolen mobile phone, etc. can be used in Vietnam.

From October 2019 to June 2020, the Defendant purchased stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that the market value of the victim H was not owned by the victim due to the gallon, even though he/she had knowledge of the fact that the gallon price of S10 mobile phones was stolen.
