Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement with the content that he/she wishes to lease KRW 20,00,00 for the lease deposit for KRW 20,000 for the lease deposit for KRW 20,00 with respect to the lease deposit for KRW 302, with respect to the lease deposit for KRW 20,000 with respect to the lease deposit for KRW 302, with respect to the lease deposit for KRW 180,48,000,000 for the first floor of the 204-class neighborhood living facilities of the 204-class neighborhood living facilities of the 204th floor of the general steel structure (the steel structure) and the Selection D entered into a lease agreement with the content that he/she wishes to lease KRW 25,00,000 for the instant building.

Defendant Quasi-style Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a juristic person established for real estate sales business, etc. In the instant auction procedure, it concluded a contract to lease the instant building 20 million won from H on October 30, 2008 with a lease deposit of KRW 20,000,000 and the lease term of KRW 24 months from November 21, 2008 to November 20, 2010, and claimed that “a lessee who has obtained the fixed date on the lease agreement as above on November 25, 2008,” and filed a report on the right and demand for distribution.
In addition, in the auction procedure of this case, Defendant B also leased part of 103 of the building of this case to KRW 3,000,000, and claimed that he was a small lessee who completed the moving-in report on February 26, 2009, and filed a report on the right and demand for distribution.
(e) the court of auction has set forth the amount of KRW 373,056,995, which was computed by deducting the execution cost from the amount to be distributed on the date of distribution implemented on October 29, 2013, as the actual amount to be distributed, and distributes it.
