1. Defendant A

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with D, received money of KRW 598,210,495 from November 4, 201 to June 7, 2012 from the said F and I website from the Defendant’s name, and opened gambling for profit-making purposes at the same time by using the agricultural bank account in the name of the Defendant, the agricultural bank account in the name of J (K), L, the new bank account in the name of L (M), and the agricultural bank account in the name of N (O).
