1. Facts of recognition;

A. On January 18, 2001, the Plaintiff: (a) completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the instant neighboring land; (b) on September 4, 2003, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the instant adjacent land; (c) on the instant adjacent land, the Plaintiff newly constructed a hospital building with the second, third and upper floors (hereinafter “the instant building”) on the instant adjacent land (hereinafter “the instant adjacent land”) (hereinafter “the instant building”) on the 1st, fourth and lower floors; (d) on the 6th anniversary of the instant adjacent land; (e) on the 1st, 7th anniversary of the date when the ownership transfer was completed on April 4, 201, with respect to the instant adjacent land, including G, J, K, and D, and E, ; and (e) on the 1st, 16th anniversary of the instant adjacent land; and (e) on the 1st, 16th anniversary of the date when the ownership transfer registration was completed on March 27, 2014.

(2) The Defendant, at the time of the acquisition of the adjacent land and building of this case, installed a container for storing medical wastes, installed a waste separation and removal facility, and parked the Defendant’s ambulances, vehicles of employees, etc. The Defendant: (a) 1, 3, 9, 10, 13, 14, and 1, 3, and 4, each of the statements and images of evidence Nos. 1, 3, 3, and 4, and witness N.
