In six months of imprisonment for A and B, Defendant C, J, K, and H are punished by imprisonment for four months, Defendant D, F, G, and I.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, C, E, F, G, H, I, J, and K have no specific occupation respectively, and as to Defendant B, the seller of the same task has been sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on June 8, 2013 in the Suwon District Court for the crime of opening gambling.

The Defendants, along with the participants in gambling, conspired with each other by opening gambling in the following order: L of the term “abrest” and “abrest” role in the gambling and making gambling by participating in the gambling and by participating in the gambling; M of the inner term “abrest” role in comparison with the police control; N of the role of “abrest” (each detention trial on December 28, 2012); and N of the role of “abrest” in comparison with the police control (each detention trial on December 28, 2012), etc. in which it is difficult for the Defendants to control the heart for profit-making purposes: (a) opening gambling at the camping, etc.; and (b) holding the proceeds therefrom divided.

Accordingly, Defendant A, B, andO (the same day suspension of indictment) play the role of referring to the "total book" and referring to persons who participated in gambling (except for total books) to check the stample of gambling if they take money, and 5% of the stample’s fee if they take the total book, and 1% of the stample’s fee if they take the stample at least 7 clean, and 1% of the stample’s fee if they take the stample of gambling, respectively. Defendant C will take the role of referring to the "stample" in preparation for all equipment necessary for the stample of gambling, such as dys and chairs, and Defendant C will take the role of 1,000 strawle of gambling, Defendant E, F, and G will take the role of 2,000 strawle from the "strawle" in charge of 2,000 strawle and 2,000 strawle.
