A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2014 Highest 8108"

1. On September 23, 2014, at around 23:50 on September 23, 2014, the Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance for about 30 minutes, such as: (a) a victim D’s “EM” operated by the victim D in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan; (b) a victim demanded payment of the drinking value; and (c) a victim took a bath with the large voice called “spawn children” under the influence of alcohol; and (d) a victim spawds and spads.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's bar business by force.

2. Around 00:05 on September 24, 2014, the Defendant insultd the victim by openly insulting the victim by saying, “Chose, sembling, sembling, sembling, and khing,” while the victim G, who was called by the Defendant after receiving a report that he was frighting, paid the alcohol value to the Defendant as set forth in paragraph (1) and went back to the Defendant, and the victim G, who was sent out by the Busan East-dong Police Station Fdistrict, paid the alcohol value to the Defendant, was able to return home to the Defendant, and there are several other H, other than the Defendant.”

At the same time and place as stipulated in Paragraph (2) of this Article, the Defendant arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender and assaulted the Defendant at the back seat of the patrol vehicle after arresting him as a flagrant offender due to the suspicion of insult. The Defendant assaulted the Defendant at the left knee level of Gman on the left side of the patrol vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of police officers' crimes.

1. Around October 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim in a manner that, under the influence of alcohol at the K point of the first floor underground in Busan East-gu, Busan, on the ground that the victim L (n, 52 years of age) who is a landowner at the same place does not make a prompt promise to singing; and (b) continued to commit assault against the victim by a method that, under the influence of alcohol at the port of the first floor K point in Busan-gu, the victim’s humb by hand, who is a dangerous object on the table.

2. The date and time set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be observed by the defendant.
