[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

A From November 1, 2017 to June 11, 2018, from Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu D and 2 to about 50 square meters, a person who installed 50 game machine, CCTV, etc. and operated a game room with the trade name of “E”. Defendant C from November 1, 2017 to Defendant B as an employee of the above game room, and Defendant B from May 2018 to exchange the game scores of customers with cash and with the remaining oil.

No one shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging the exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

Nevertheless, Defendant A conspired to engage in money exchange business by operating a game score obtained by customers in cash in the above game room and raising profits in the game room, Defendant C and Defendant B, an employee, with the remaining amount obtained by deducting 10% of the game points of customers’ game points, to exchange in cash.

Defendant B entered the money exchange of customers in the above game room around 20:35 on June 11, 2018 in accordance with the above public offering, and Defendant C confirmed the amount of money entered by Defendant B, and Defendant C exchanged the game score obtained by the game room customers in cash by taking out the cash in the Kabroece, and Defendant A, Defendant A, and Defendant C, from November 1, 2017 to June 11, 2018, and Defendant B, from May 1, 2018 to June 11, 2018, and from May 1, 2018 to June 201, 2018, they carried on business of exchanging the game points acquired by customers in the above game room by such means as above.
