A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim D (the age of 46) are the space between the defendant and the victim living together for six years from 508 to 2007 to 52. 13.

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act;

A. On January 201, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the head of the above Defendant’s house; (b) at around 01:00, the beer disease, which is a dangerous object, was faced with the victim’s face; and (c) taken the victim’s face at approximately 3 cm, and (d) taken the victim’s face in drinking, the Defendant saw the victim’s satise in the number of days of treatment.

B. At around 20:00 on September 20, 2012, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim’s face by drinking the victim’s face, and by using a knife, which is a deadly weapon, the victim’s left lower part below the victim’s left part, to the extent of about 5cm.

C. Around January 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the house of the above Defendant, was faced with beer disease, which is a dangerous thing for the victim; and (b) led the victim to the room room with a shoulder beer disease; and (c) caused an injury to the number of days of treatment that can tear to the victim’s right, etc.

On February 2, 2013, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s house, frightened the body of the victim by drinking, and frightened the victim’s left face three times, which is a dangerous object, and inflicted an injury on the victim in the number of days of treatment.

E. At around 13:00 on May 12, 2013, the Defendant, at the house of the above Defendant, she saw the victim’s neck with her hand, and her head as a dangerous beer, and her body as a beerer, she suffered injury, such as thalin, requiring treatment for about 21 days.

2. On March 2012, the Defendant injured the victim at the home of the above Defendant, and at the time of drinking, the victim’s face was taken to take care of about about 15 days, and suffered injury, such as the spathal of the baby requiring medical treatment.
