A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim C (the female, the age of 38, the intellectual disability level 2) and the person who was married from January 23, 2013 due to the delay in the second degree of disability.

1. In 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid a knife, a dangerous object, at the Defendant’s house located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, with a knife onto the victim’s right edge; (b) laid the knife on the victim’s right edge; and (c) sustained the victim with a knife to tear the victim’s right edge that requires treatment for the number of days.

2. In 2015, the Defendant reported the victim’s television viewing at the Defendant’s house at night, 2015, and, without any justifiable reason, provided that the Defendant, without any reason, carried the dangerous tobacco, under the right eye of the victim, she sustained images under the right eye of the number of days in need of medical treatment.

3. On October 4, 2015, the Defendant, at around 20:0, inflicted an injury on the victim, such as two open boxes where approximately a week medical treatment is needed, by running a stick, which is a dangerous object cited by the Defendant’s house, without any justifiable reason, at the victim’s house.

4. On October 2016, the Defendant, while viewing television in the Defendant’s house room located in Gwangju-si E 103No. 301 around 20:30, the Defendant, without any reason, sustained the victim’s left side bucks and the right bucks that require treatment for the number of days by cutting down the stuckbucks.

5. The Defendant, on November 2016, 22:00, knife a knife, which is a dangerous object in the state of the Defendant’s home, and without any justifiable reason, taken place at the victim’s house located in the state of the Defendant’s home on November 2016.

After leaving the victim's eye in the part of the victim, the victim's right arms were cut, so that the victim can tear the right arms in need of treatment for the number of days.
