Basic Facts

The defendant is an organization organized to promote the establishment, etc. of a regional housing association that implements a new project (hereinafter referred to as the “instant project”) of a (tentative name) district housing association with a site area of 26,940 square meters in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The Plaintiffs entered into a contract with the Defendant and the Defendant’s agent M Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “M”) to purchase the following units among the apartment units to be newly constructed due to the progress of the instant project in the future (hereinafter “instant subscription contract”).

Dor proxy expenses shall be KRW 20,000,000 per household, and shall be paid in full at the same time as the execution of this contract is made.
