1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Defendant is a housing construction project that constructs an apartment in accordance with the Housing Act and the Enforcement Decree thereof (hereinafter “instant project”) at Lwon in the Namyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter “instant project”).
