A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

Punishment of the crime

When the defendant came to know that the victim B (the age of 50) who was in an internal relationship with the victim C(the age of 69) was close to that of the victim(the age of 69), he thought that the victims were in a marital relationship with the victims.

1. On July 17, 2019, at around 17:29, the Defendant was placed with a view to confirming whether B was accompanied by the victim C when B was at the house of the victim C, OO located in Seocheon-si D.

Therefore, in order to confirm who the victim is the visiting person, the defendant was tightly opened the door and intruded into the residence of the victim.

2. The injured Defendant discovered B, at the above date, at the same time and place, found that the victim C was in house B, pushed the victim with his body and pushed the victim over the floor, and then laid the victim above the floor, and then, “I am drinking. Accordingly, the Defendant, who was used on the floor, committed assault against the victim, such as drawing the victim's grandchildren and the lower part of the back on the floor, resulting in the victim's death, such as the damage of head and part of the back on July 17, 2019.

4. The defendant who conceals property is not in excess of the market price which is owned by the victim B, who was located at the time and place described in paragraph (1).
