1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 49,579,154 and a rate of KRW 20% per annum from February 2, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

The Plaintiff agreed to lease temporary materials at the site of the Dansung Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “new construction”) in accordance with the above agreement, and provided temporary materials from September 2013 to 40, 2014 (hereinafter “the instant temporary materials”), and the Plaintiff is obligated to pay rent of KRW 40,000 to the Defendant, the owner of the new construction project, and KRW 20,000,000, KRW 35,000,000, KRW 40,000 from September 27, 2014 to March 15, 2014, KRW 9,000, KRW 40,000, KRW 40,000, KRW 9,000, KRW 40,000, KRW 50,000, KRW 40,000, KRW 9,000, KRW 9,000, KRW 40,000.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
