Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2020, the Defendant received the proposal from the victim of the telephone financial fraud crime (one named “B”), and conspiredd with the person in the name of the victim at the end of the year when he remitted the remainder other than the Defendant’s fee to the account designated by the winners of the name.
