Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle for riding a three interview.

On March 28, 2016, the Defendant driving a C tytytos car owned by the Defendant from the front side of a restaurant in the name of the central government of Ansan-si to the 354km from the Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Busan-si to the 354km located in the Busan-si, Seo-gu, Busan-do. On March 28, 2016, the Defendant was in the state of drinking alcohol content of 0.10%.
