Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2013, the Defendant, at around 07:10, driven a B UD A6 car at the section of about 300km away from the road where it is impossible to find out whether it is located in the city of Jeoncheon-si without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle, to the road front of the 352.4km located in the Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu.
