Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2017 High 13" Defendant is a wholesaler of imported agricultural products.
No one shall sell imported foods, etc. or transport them for sale without filing an import declaration with the Minister of Food and Drug Safety.
Nevertheless, at around 15:00 on August 26, 2016, the Defendant purchased 88 Incheon Jung-gu Coast Guard for the purpose of wholesaleing a large of 415 km amounting to 80 km of China, China-China 15 km, China-China 40 km, China-China 95 km, China-China 160 km, China-China 160 km, China-China 25 km, and China-China 115 km of the coast wharf of Jung-gu Incheon-gu, China-gu.
No person of 2017 shall sell foods, etc. imported to the Minister of Food and Drug Safety without filing an import report, or gather, manufacture, import, process, use, cook, store, subdivide, transport or display such foods, etc. for sale.
Nevertheless, on November 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 20:35, the Republic of Korea was cleared of for the purpose of selling to domestic Dos and retailers in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City; (b) 43 Kg; (c) 8 Kg; (d) 11; (ekg); (ekg); (ekg); (g) 53; (5kg); (52; (5kg); (ekg); (g) 13; (ekg); (g) 10; (5kg; (5kg; (5kg); (5kg; (5kg); and (5kg; and (5kg); and (e) Do 1,010; (5kg; and (5kg); (g) 4; and (4); and (g) 4,24,500 agricultural products imported from China for the purpose of selling them.
