1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a corporation that runs the analysis, design, supervision, etc. of computer software, and the plaintiff was employed by the defendant on August 24, 2009 and has been in charge of the operation, maintenance, repair, development, etc. of system.

B. On July 11, 2013, the Defendant decided to take disciplinary action for three months of the reduction of salary on the ground that the Plaintiff committed the following acts, and that the violation of the duty to respect good faith, “violation of the duty to maintain dignity within the organization,” “violation of the duty to maintain dignity,” and constitutes grounds for disciplinary action, and notified the Plaintiff on July 16, 2013.
