A. The Plaintiff is a police officer who was appointed as a policeman on December 31, 2007 and served as a police officer in the Incheon Southern Police Station C District from November 11, 2014 to January 22, 2017, and from January 23, 2017 to April 13, 2017.

B. On April 14, 2017, the Defendant dismissed the Plaintiff due to the grounds for disciplinary action as follows.
